Legacy Truck Centers is in the process of selling our eight dealerships in Pennsylvania and one in West Virginia to
M&K Truck Centers. The acquisition is scheduled to close on December 31, 2021 at 3:00 pm. Effective January 4^th, 2022 M&K will offer Mack, Volvo and Isuzu products out of the Legacy Truck Centers locations in Pennsylvania – Altoona, Bedford, Brookville, Erie, Harrisburg, Milesburg, New Stanton, Somerset and in Wheeling, West Virginia.

We are focused on ensuring all of your needs are met and providing excellent customer service throughout the transition and for many years to come. M&K Truck Centers has retained all of the Legacy Truck Centers management employees including the previous owners, Matt Niebauer and John Niebauer. The leadership team at M&K has joined hands with Matt and John and we are proud to welcome both of them in addition to over 200 talented new employees to the
M&K family.

Legacy Truck Centers was established in 2015 when Matt and John purchased WW Engine Supply from their father. The brothers
have extensive experience in the trucking business. They have also been instrumental in the growth of the organization.
M&K Truck Centers ownership is an ideal transition for the Legacy group as both companies have developed strong relationships
with Executive Management at Volvo & Mack and nurture a “family” culture in their everyday business practices.

M&K Truck Centers is an award winning dealer group and the largest Mack/Volvo dealer group in North America! M&K has a long history as a dealer of Mack, Volvo and Isuzu Trucks and has been in business for thirty-two years. Our sales, parts, service, and leasing & rentals departments will continue to serve all your trucking needs in the Pennsylvania and Wheeling, West Virginia markets. From preventative maintenance to major repairs, M&K has the experience, technicians, capacity and parts to keep trucks on the road.

Regarding invoices, all purchases made from Legacy on or before December 31, 2021 will be invoiced by Legacy Truck Centers; all purchases made from a previously owned Legacy dealership on or after January 4, 2022 will be invoiced by M&K Truck Centers.

During the holidays, our dealerships will be closed on the dates listed below in recognition of Christmas & New Year’s.
